A Simple Little Poem

Hello Everyone,

A few weeks ago, I went and visited with a dear friend of mine. While sitting and chatting, and just enjoying the beautiful afternoon, we wrote the following little poem together. I just wanted to share it with you all ................

                                    Every day when I awake,

                                    Oh My God, does my body ache!

                                    No matter how hard I try,

                                    So many times, I can't help but cry.

                                    I don't want your sympathy,

                                    Just come on over, and sit with me.

                                    Let's pray every day for a cure,

                                    There is one out there, I am sure.

                                    The time is here to start the fight,

                                    We really need to, with all our might!

                                    Let's band together, and get on the ball,

                                    And find that miracle, once and for all!
