We live in Chicago Illinois. My son was just diagnosed with possible RSD?CRPS the beginning of this year. He has student insurance and it is an HMO so he is limited on who he can see. He had surgery at UIC and can only see doctors within that network. Right now he is getting physical therapy and taking vicodin for his pain. We are trying to get a second opinion from a Dr Ryan Cole, an ortho with Midwest Orthopaedics also with Rush hospital in Chicago to see what he thinks about my son having a second surgery because of the locking of his knee and bc of the RSD.

Currently reside in Manitowoc, Wisconsin about 30 miles southeast of Green Bay, but have also lived in Sheboygan, La Crosse, and Waukesha areas of Wisconsin and both Schaumburg and Waukegan areas of Illinois.
My pain doctor, pain psychologist, and main neurosurgeon are affiliated with the Medical College of Wisconsin, but I also see a neurosurgeon who is affiliated with Advanced Pain Management. Both places are located in the suburban Milwaukee area.
