Hello! How are you feeling this morning? I am sorry to hear the pain has been more out of control, and I hope this site is helpful for you. We really are here to show one another that pain does not define us...that we are so much larger than the suffering. I do think it is important for us to release the pain and speak about our fears/struggles/anguish, but we also need to focus on hope/resilience/light. And that is the goal and mission of HoH--allowing us to be honest and open with what we are feeling while holding onto hope for a better future.

Sending hugs, healing and love to you! Talk to you soon...take care of yourself and know you are not alone!
