A Revelation
As I was unable to sleep last night it gave me plenty of time to think. Sometimes that can be a bad thing and I think we all, more than others, have to really put out the effort to control our wandering minds, It is all too easy to get into a downward spiral when you are constantly hurting. But, there are plenty of resources available to us and they are easily accessed. No need to travel, or to spend money, all you need is a little time. WHAT A GREAT SITE!
As a new member I want to say thank you to everyone, what a great site. After living with chronic pain for most of my life it is so refreshing to read your stories of hope and inspiration. I have a relatively rare form of Rhuematiod arthritis that affects the spine. I have been hospitalized a few times and was even in a wheelchair for a couple of months.
