I was just curious if any of you have benefited from Epsom Salt baths? An HoH member sent me a message about how his friend has found temporary RSD/CRPS pain relief from these warm baths. Have you tried it? What are your thoughts?

I know my doctor recommended Epsom Salt to me years ago too. Just interested in your experiences!

Cathy,

I never tried it with lavender but that is a good idea. I really like the scent and it calms me down. You are absolutely right that you need to drink more water. I tend to swell a bit from the salt so water is a must. Hope you are feeling well today and have a good weekend. Sending healing wishes, Nicole

Hi Nicole

I was told once that epsom salts may be beneficial for my RSD and waited so long to try it.  It seems to help me when I ache all over and am so darn stiff.  The one thing I notice though is that I need to drink lots more fluids as it makes me feel a little dehydrated.  I tend to take long soaks though so that might be part of it.  I buy plain epsom salts and then add the lavendar scented ones to it  or lavendar oil to the water.

let me know what you think
