Hope for the future

A vision dimly seen

Will my tortured soul

Ever become completely clean

Asking GOD this question

Seemms to pull me apart

Can I ever see myself

Through the eyes of GOD's own heart

Loving me purely

As only GOD can

Helps me see my life

As part of His master  plan

Self-doubts and loathing

Often hinder my steps

Walk on I must

Or sink to the depths

It is hard to press forward

Each and every day

Remembering GOD loves me

As I stumble along the way

Such complete love

Unconditional at its core

Keeps me moving ahead

Wanting God's will even more

Trusting on this journey

A challenge I choose to face

Quantum leaps of faith

Into the arms of GOD's grace.
